Consumer protection

The office provides assistance and representation in disputes concerning unfair terms, guarantees, unfair commercial practices and the liability of manufacturers and distributors. Preventive counsel is provided for compliance with consumer protection legislation, together with representation before ANPC (the National Authority for Consumer Protection) and the courts.
