Administrative offence law

The office provides legal assistance and representation in matters of administrative offence law, from the filing and arguing of complaints against official reports establishing an offence through to representation before the courts. Counsel is provided on penalties, procedures and the legal means of challenge, with a view to annulling or reducing the measures imposed.
